Terms for the eBay Electronics Coupon Offer. 1. Offer Description. Eligible Participants (defined in section 2 below) of the eBay Electronics Coupon Offer (the "Offer") will receive a coupon towards the purchase of any Electronics item on eBay.com (the "Coupon") when they: (i) list and sell at least $100 or more in the Electronics category on eBay.com during the Offer Period, they will receive a coupon good for $20 off the purchase of an Electronics item on eBay.com or (ii) list and sell at least $200 or more in the Electronics category on eBay.com during the Offer Period, they will receive a coupon good for $50 off the purchase of an Electronics item on eBay.com. Maximum coupon discount is $50. The Offer is subject to satisfaction of these Terms and Conditions (and other applicable rules) and any delays due to technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances. 2. Eligibility. You are an Eligible Participant if you are an invited registered member of eBay.com and meet all of the following requirements: (i) you are a United States resident who is 18 years of age or older and currently reside in the United States or District of Columbia; and (ii) you are the intended recipient of the email Offer from eBay.com or you clicked on a banner from eBay.com which linked you to the Offer during the Offer Period as described in section 4. Eligible Participants will be sent a Coupon and be able to access the Coupon in the "My eBay" section of their eBay User Account if, and only if, they do the following: (i)   Qualify to participate in the Coupon based on the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2 above; and (ii)  Make a sale in the amounts stated in section 2 above during the Offer Period; and (iii) Go to eBay.com and log on to your "My eBay". Scroll down to your coupons bar. The coupons bar will only appear  when you have coupons available. 4. Offer Period. Begins on February 26, 2013 and expires March 16, 2013. 5. Coupons will be sent to the address associated with the Eligible Participant’s eBay User Account (associated with his or her eBay User ID) during the week of March 17, 2013 through March 23, 2013. Coupon is valid towards the purchase of any items in the Electronics category on eBay.com. The Coupon will expire at 11:59 PM PT on April 6, 2013. Discount applies to the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) of an eligible item on eBay.com. The Coupon may be used on one transaction (there may be multiple items in a transaction) for up to the maximum discount amount shown on the Coupon, while supplies last. Coupon restrictions and/or exclusions, if any, will be designated in each Coupon. To receive the discount, you must be a registered eBay member and pay for the item with PayPal. Any unused difference between the actual amount of the discount received and the maximum amount will be forfeited. The Coupon is void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, and has no face value. The Coupon is subject to U.S. laws and cannot be combined with any other coupon. eBay reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke the Coupon at any time.
